DuPage County Regional Superintendent of Schools Darlene Ruscitti coordinated the distribution of coats to needy recipients in virtually every community of DuPage County
Pastor Freddy Santiago of Fellowship Flock Church on West Division in Chicago (right) coordinated the distribution in their area along with his Pastor wife Lynette. Their ministry serves a significant number of homeless families.
