Membership
How do I join the ISCC?
The Illinois State Crime Commission has a well-rounded, tenacious and dedicated group of volunteer members, each providing their expertise and a wide range of knowledge in achieving the organizational goals of justice and prevention of crime in our communities.
ISCC's membership includes business and labor leaders, elected officials, and members of law enforcement.
Becoming a member of the Illinois State Crime Commission requires the following:
A sponsorship of a current member in good standing with the ISCC
The sponsor or current member in good standing must present a "request for review" of membership to the Board of Directors and must obtain an "APPROVAL" to proceed.
Upon approval by the Board the new membership process will be initiated.
The ISCC reserves the right to approve or deny the request of membership for purposes of balance and integrity in achieving the organizational goals and objectives.
The Illinois State Crime Commission is a tax exempt charitable organization under section 501(c)3 of the internal revenue code.
