The 13th Annual ISCC/PAL-IL Awards dinner was held June 24, 2009, at Drury Lane, Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. Roe Conn, host of WLS 890 radio's popular "Roe Conn Show" was welcomed back as the Master of Ceremonies.
The event was dedicated to SSG Jason Anthony Vazquez of the Cook County Sheriff's Department who gave his life serving our country in Afghanistan.
